• Qualification : Bachelor Degree
• Field of Study : Business or related field

• Age: 22-35
• Marital status: Unlimited
• Must have some experience in sale or marketing
• Bachelor degree in Marketing , Business , Finance , or related field is preferred
• Able to speak English , Khmer for communication
• Basic computer skills
• Good at documentation
• Ability achieve goal on time
• Multi-tasking ability , self-motivated , patient

• Closing sale on Properties
• Ensure work flow process within team is adhered to
• Introduce new project within our target areas
• Identify trend setter ideas by researching industry and related events , Publications , and announcement , Tracking individual contributor and their accomplishment
• Drive a team to achieving high performance
• Locate or propose potential business deal by contracting potential partner, discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirement , Developing and negotiating contract, integrating contract requirement with business operation
• Protects the company’s value by keeping information confidential
• Manage existing clients
• Update Job knowledge by participating in educational opportunity , reading professional publication , Maintain personal networks , participating in Professional organizations
• Ensure all confirm clients have updated file documents in their files and make sure all files are up to date
• Know the available property on the market.
