•  Bachelor’s degree in sale and marketing field.
•  Minimum 3-5 years sales experiences in sale and marketing.

•  Implement the Sale Strategies and Plan
•  Achieve the sales target and develop the sale growth
•  Control the aging report to ensure that customers paid within the giving period.
•  Plan, organize, control and evaluate the Aluminium promotion activities.
•  Manage and lead the Sales Team, provide guidelines and problem solving to ensure that Team’s members are fully motivated and achieve the set targets by the top management.
•  Manage and control key wholesalers and customers.
•  Collect up-to-date market and competitors’ information, with timely and accurately, and submit to the top management.
•  Conduct frequently On-The-Job and Off-The-Job trainings to Aluminium Sales Team with the effectiveness.
•  Evaluate the subordinates’ performance quarterly.
•  Communicate and coordinate closely between the Sale Team.
•  Cooperate closely with other divisions of the Company: Sales Admin., Logistics, Warehouse, Customers Relation, Account Receivable etc.
•  Perform other duties as assigned from management of the Company.
•  Code of Conduct: must strictly adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and as also stipulated in the Human Resource Policy and Procedure, taking immediate action to stop and report to senior management and HR any violations or other  misconducts.
