- Sale Manager

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in sale and marketing, business, economy, management, or related fields
•  Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years experience in sales/Marketing position and at least 3 years experience in supervisory or managerial position with sale position, especially experience in insurance would be the most advantage
•  Management and leadership skill
•  Communication and presentation skill
•  Excellent interpersonal and ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities
•  Ability to develop market strategy, sale manual, policy, and procedure
•  Ability to communicate with all level within the company and clients and ability to work independently and in a team
•  Ability to think creatively in team of sale and marketing
•  Creative and innovative approach to solving problems and resolving issues
•  High degree of personal integrity and willingness to take responsibility for actions;
•  English proficiency; Chinese or Vietnamese is plus;
•  Microsoft office (Word, excel, PowerPoint…); internet and email.

• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target; projecting expected sales revenue and profit for existing and new services.
•  Implements annual sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
•  Maintain sales volume by keeping current clients, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
•  Complete sales operational requirements by planning, scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
•  Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
•  Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
•  Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•  Inter-coordinator between other departments and Board of Management for business relationship and management.
•  Ensure the insurance premium payment is collected in time and chasing up for the outstanding premium.
•  Produce monthly report.
•  Any other tasks will be assigned by board of management.
