- Sale Executive 

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, business, economy, or related field; 
•  Minimum 2 years experience in sale and marketing; insurance experience is plus;
•  Ability and desired to sell with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Work well in a team, independently and under pressure
•  Be initiative, creative, commitment, and honest
•  Negotiation, problem solving skills
•  Good in English both written and spoken or other languages
•  Pleasant personality, be flexible, positive attitude & open-minded
•  Computer literate – MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.

• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyse insurance program and suggest the insurance products according to client’s business type.
•  Interview the prospective clients to obtain data their financial resources and physical condition of the person or property to be insured, and discuss any existing coverage.
•  Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients and provide customer service after closed sale.
•  Contact underwriter and submit sale worksheet to obtain quotation and deliver to clients immediately, and also maintaining records and handling policy renewal.
•  Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably and cooperate with claim department to provide documents is required.
•  Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sales insurance.
•  To do research in new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
•  Any other tasks will be assigned by sale manager
