•  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or a related field.
•  fresh graduated or 1 year of experience.
•  Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email).
•  Good communication skills in Khmer and English
•  Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•  Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Knowledge of safety tools, construction and practices.
•  Knowledge of incident prevention and precaution.

•  Plants to ensure compliance with safety standards and professional practices.
•  Conduct risk assessment on Company workforce, equipment, health, safety, environment, and quality.
•  Coordinate and support safety programs at all sites construction
•  Enforce the standards and policies to prevent the occurrence of hazardous conditions at all sites construction
•  Implement approved/planned course of action, solutions to problems of safety procedures for staffs, workers and sub-contractors.
•  Control safety tools and emergency mock drills at all sites and plants.
•  Co-ordinate with concerned parties to meet satisfaction level.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.
