NTC is has been established since 2006 and serving most of the Mobile Operator & ISPs in Cambodia and neighborhood countries Vietnam, Thailand, & Laos. NTC establishes our own underground fiber optic metro ring in major cities including Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanouk Ville, Kampong Cham, Bavet & cover across the nationwide. Due to our nationwide coverage area with premium networking & bandwidth quality and potentially growth on our market share.

• High Dip/Professional dip/Degree in Electronics, Computer, Information Engineering or equivalent
•  General technical skills, includes TCP/IP knowledge, networking and security product experience
•  Hand-on in ngnix, iptables & tcpdump is a plus
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge of network and host security technologies and products (such as firewalls, Network IDS, scanners) and continuously improve these skills
•  Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
•  1-2 years of information security related experience, in areas such as: security operations, incident analysis, incident handling, and vulnerability management or testing, system patching, log analysis, intrusion detection, or firewall administration.
•  1-2 years experience of one of the following: -Network operations or engineering or System administration on Unix, Linux, or Window

•  Monitor multiple security technologies, such as Anti-DDoS system, syslog, and vulnerability scanners. 
•  Correlate and analyze events using the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool to detect IT security incidents. 
•  Follow detailed operational process and procedures to appropriately analyze, escalate, and assist in remediation of critical information security incidents.
