• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related fields
• At least 1years Experience in relevant skills

• Ensure achievement of sales service target
• Responsible for making contract and ensure all the contract were renewal on time
• Ensure all sales service staff make call with effective performance
• Discipline to entry daily activities, Pre-Daily activities and complete activities in to system 
• Provide real time market and competitors information to Direct Manager
• Ensure and well manage on customer relationship and account coverage
• Perform other tasks requested by manager as and when needed
• Generate/explore new opportunities in assigned industry
• Provide sales service reports such as Weekly Call Plan, Service Revenue, Win-Lost Report, forecasted, opportunities list and Daily Activities to Direct Manager.
