We are now is looking for qualify candidate to work for the position as SALE MANAGER FOR TRACTOR (Urgent)

• Working experiences up to 3-5 years. Tractor industry experience is an advantage.
• Must speak English and fluent Khmer. Well versed in MS office suit.
• Experience selling tractor or other consumer non-durable
• Minimum 28 years old. 
• BBA or MBA, related to Sale and Marketing.
• Persons with prior work experience in Cambodia will be given preference. 
• Passionate about tractor.
• Position is open only for Cambodians.
• Can work under pressure

• Knowledge of sales strategy and know about retail sales.
• Knowledge of market survey both town and countryside.
• Manage sale team to conduct activation events.
• Manage relationship with dealer and push sales. 
• Do as leader and staff management.
• Must be willing to travel and meet customers.
• Do other task as assign by top management level.
