• The purpose of this position is to implement the Results Management (RM) system aligning to the DCED standard. The RM system serves two functions “proving” and “improving”. Results are used internally and externally to provide evidence that the program is performing and has achieved targets. You will:
  • Support technical staff on developing Impact Logic and projecting assumptions;
  • Assist to develop, manage, and review the Monitoring Plan (MP) by consulting with the technical staff;
  • Assist the RM manager to develop annual M&E matrix work plans;
  • Work with technical staff to monitor and evaluate the program interventions;
  • Supervise and manage surveys by external researchers; and
  • Ensure that regular monitoring information feeds from programme interventions to enable real-time learning and feedback loops.
