•  At least one or two year’s extensive relevant working experience in hotel industry 
•  Finish high school 
•  Exhibits honesty, integrity, opened-mind and reliable.
•  Good attitude and well groomed.
•  Good command spoken and written English. 
•  Able to use computer (Ms Word, Excel, Outlook and internet Search) 
•  Able to work in the team.
•  Is friendly and approachable, with good people skills.

•  Sell rooms by telephone at the maximum possible rate.
•  Assists in pre-blocking of special types of requested.
•  Processes group rooming lists and assists in the preparation of groups’ for efficient check-In.
•  Handle all incoming and outgoing facsimile and action accordingly.
•  Update new contracted rates and credit facilities extended to TA and Company into the computer.
•  Print and distributes VIP list to all department heads.
•  Attend work on time as scheduled.
•  Carriers out any other relevant duties that may be assigned.
