• University degree, preferably with an Accounting major and professional qualification (in progress). MBA is an advantage.
• *Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:
• Sound understanding of business processes and divisional business models. Facilitation skills and ability to contribute to management discussions. 
• Ability to influence based on facts, data and reasoning. Capacity to handle multiple requirements and prioritize to ensure best impact. Interpersonal skills to work with a range of different personalities and backgrounds. 
• Financial literacy and understanding of financial standards. Working capital management and understanding of Financial KPI’s
• Financial modelling and IT knowledge

• Highlight variances to budget or target and trends from P&L.
• Verify and produce the management reports to division managers and aggregate all entity reports on timely basic.
• Submit or upload the monthly reports to HQ on timely basic.
• Identify improvement opportunities and ways to measure progress.
• Facilitate and aggregate the budgets and forecasting process, ensuring consistency with group requirements.
• Partner with divisions to deliver analysis and insights hat help them make better business decisions.
• Risk management – identify any financial or operating risks to division managers.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks to support decision process required by CEO, CFO and division managers.
• Facilitate through division offices and training at HQ.
