Union Commercial Bank Plc (UCB) was founded by Oknha Yum Sui Sang and several investors on 31st March 1994. After 20 years of efforts, UCB has established itself as a well-known financial institution in Cambodia. In September 2013, E.SUN Bank in Taiwan invested 70% shares of UCB, and acquired additional 5% in 2015. It was owned by E.SUN Bank 100% in March 2017.

•  Minimum Bachelor Degree in the field of Banking/ Finance or related degree
•  Minimum 5 years working experience in banking industry; especially, credit and sale skills
•  Good command in English and Chinese would be a plus
•  Strong connection and networking building
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Having high integrity and team work oriented

• Conduct the Site Visit of business premises and collaterals, including the photo collection and preparation of call reports
•  Clients Poaching
•  Customer information and documents collection and verification
•  AML checking for new clients
•  Ongoing clients’ relationship building and customer complaints/compliments handling
•  Loan disbursement and settlement/discharge instruction to CAS team
•  Verification of loan and security documents before client sign off, and then arrange the meeting with clients for sign off and witness the documents
•  Daily overdue repayment monitoring and follow up
•  Perform others tasks assigned by Section Manager
