- Relationship Manager (01 position)

• Qualifications in a business, finance or marketing field
• Fluency in English and Chinese, other language skills welcomed
• Strong knowledge of effective communication, cash management products and services
• Demonstrating delivery in sales and customer relationship
• Sound understanding of sales and marketing principles, in particular the components of pricing, negotiating  and the resultant impact on overall profitability
• Understanding of economic climate, industries insight and impact of country factors
• High degree of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Organizational, leadership, and time management skill

• This role is responsible for strengthening and growing ANZ Royal's relationship with our existing Local Corporate clients and acquiring new target customers with the aim of sustaining and increasing profitability, by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, and effectively maximizing cross sell opportunities with product partners.
• Build a sustainable customers base through relationship management techniques
• Implement agreed customer strategies to identify customer targets and develop new opportunities with Local Corporate clients via our products, sales, and service proposition
• Liaise with customers to gain a full understanding of their business, the key drivers behind their business, determine their banking needs, and propose solutions by matching the Banks transactional  and deposit products and services
• Maintain ongoing vigilance for early signs of potential loss of customers and deposits
• Assess the local business environment, review objectives, prepare detailed customer Account Plans, and execute strategies in order to meet key financial targets
• Enthusiastically participate in and support all bank sales and marketing programs intended to build our customer base and enhance customer retention
• Deepen customer relationship both existing and new clients through offering the right product mix and transactional solutions.
• Manage the portfolio of the existing deposit accounts to achieve quality operating account with high cross sales ration through continues up-tiering and expansion of the income wallet share
