Our aim is to make our Products affordable for everybody, we are there for setting up a new financial business model in which we provide loan to our customers. To support us with this project, we are seeking for a dynamic Candidate to fill the position as described!

• Bachelor Degree of Marketing or others Equivalent
• Local candidates are best required
• (2+) years experiences in Sale and Marketing, especially in selling products
• Good at Planning and Organizing Skill
• Good at English Communication and Computer Knowledge, Ms. Word-Excel, Internet and Email
• Willing to travelling and stay overnight in districts and can work overtime in occasionally
• Report to Project Manager

•  Manage team sale staff and supporting staff
•  Hire, train, and lead sale representatives in co-operation with HR Manager
•  Plan and organize community meetings per district in consultation with MFI partner
•  Identify and select SHS promoter in villages
•  Maintain constructive relations with local authority e.g. Village Chief, Commune Chief…
•  Assign Sale Territories, set sale goals, and establish training programs for the organization’s Sales Representatives
•  Develop and follow up on Clients leads
•  Cold call and perform other lead generation activities
•  Maintain contact with Phnom Penh head office/Project Manager CSP/MFI Partner and Installers
•  Travel to different districts to attend community meetings
•  Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports
•  All other duties as required by Kamworks Directors
