Job Requirement :
  • Key Success Factors:
    • Qualification: University Degree;
    • Experience: Minimum 5-year sales experience with the last 3 years being in sales management position, managing minimum 25 direct sales supervisors;
    • Attitude: Strong perseverance and resilience;
    • Skills required:
    • Good computer skill, especially in Excel, Word and Power point,
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill,
    • Able to deliver public speech to 100+ participants with high impact.
Job Duties :
  • Report to : Head – LIC Channel
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Sales Development & Management:
      • Develop and supervise local team to plan and execute sales and recruitment activities;
      • Accountable for sales target for assigned teams/territories;
      • Take on project management role for developing new market territory (Battambang or Siem Reap);
      • Regularly conduct competitor analysis;
      • Monitor expense management as per assigned scope of work and budget;
      • Drive execution of key events such as Business Opportunity with Prudential and Customer Presentation.
    • Training and Supervision:
      • Conduct development trainings for direct line and LIC force;
      • Provide oversight and training on local UMTP;
      • Provide coaching sessions to UM-UMTs.
    • Risk and Compliance Management:
      • Manage and control all risk and compliance related to sales and act as first line of defense at the regional office level;
      • Key liaison with SD’s Q&S and LIC Channel’s Sales Ops & Business Quality;
      • Supervisor on training and certification, contracting process, and governance (Channel Management SOPs).
    • Regional Office Management:
      • Provide oversight on office security and safety for staff, regular maintenance on office property;
      • Act as main point of liaison with HR’s property team to ensure proper support and actions are provided as required for the on-going of business operations;
      • Responsible for staff engagement initiatives such as employee survey, staff party, etc.
  • Key Accountabilities:
    • Deliver all KPIs and Sales Targets set by the company within the given scope of responsibility;
    • The incumbent is required to build and manage working relationships across various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution so that key tasks, projects and targets are delivered on time and at the level of expectation;
    • Monitor all aspects of branch management to ensure world-class working environment, conducive to reputation building, highly-effective workforce, and high-performance culture;
    • Continuously develop and execute initiatives to improve working process, expense efficiency and effectiveness, over-achieve targets and working environment that attract talents;
    • Manage sales and recruitment activities to ensure that the events are most effective and delivered on time as per pre-determined budget;
    • Closely monitor business quality and compliance to build quality sales force and resolve any compliance issues as they arise;
    • Act as the first line of defense and lead the team to ensure rigorous implementation and compliance with the company’s policies with regard to Internal Rules and Regulations, Risk, Compliance, and Corporate Integrity including but not limited to ABC & AML.
