Introduction :

Since it was opened back in 1990, Tonle Bassac was the First International Buffet Restaurant in Cambodia. Our vision is to keep the good taste of food consistent but different dining experience to our customers. Eventually, today we are proud to continuously receiving supports and being one of the popular choices for our supporters.
This year, we are going to launch one more branch, it provides the biggest and the most luxurious Buffet foods in Phnom Penh, the only iconic property standing out in the crowd located behind the Bayon Hospital, close to the Sky Bridge, Kbal Thnol (chhbal ampov). Tonle Bassacll not only caters world-class buffet meals, but also providing options for A-la cart menu, set menu, take-away food etc. Whether it is a family dinner for twenty people or a wedding catering for 1000 people, Tonle Bassac has always been considered to be the premier establishment to make your event extra special.

  •  BBA of HR/Administration or related with field,
  •  Computer literate in Microsoft office and internet and email
  •  Administrative course

Job Duties :
  •  Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting withmanagers to discuss needs.
  •  Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employmentagencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities,and benefits; making presentations;
  •  Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  •  Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and jobsites.
  •  Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifyin references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  •  Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals;escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
  •  Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers;interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  •  Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements;
  •  Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices;
  •  Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  •  Other tasks assigned by HR Manager and GM/CEO,
