•  At least 2 year experience in recruitment role and a similar role with solid Recruitment (preferably in experience working with recruitment agencies)

• ‘Can do’ attitude
•  Good English language 

• Support the whole recruitment processes include: developing announcement, screening applications, shortlisting and interviewing for Junior Role to meet recruitment target
• Prepare interview schedule and contact to applicants for interview
• Preparing the internal and external job advertisement
• Identify the most interesting website to post the announcement and explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the Recruitment & Talent Management Supervisor
• Assist in managing and running Career Forum
• Develops and keep updated pool of internal and external talents 
• Execution of the recruitment social media communication 
• Assist to monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
• Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
• Provides quality reporting and on time in regards to recruitment report
