•  Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other related filed
•  Able to use English Language in Business Level
•  3 years of experience in HR (Recruitment)
•  Good teamwork, willing to learn new things, Active, Polite, Proactive, dynamic and patience.
•  Have good network with other people (Socialize person)
•  Must be able to work under-pressure
•  Good persuasion techniques

•  Screen, shortlist and contact candidates for the interview
•  Conduct the tests or interviews with candidates
•  Arrange meeting between clients and candidates
•  Source potential candidates to match client job specification
•  Formulate the competency questionnaires to interview candidates with all positions level
•  Networking and sourcing new candidates on a day-to-day basis.
