Union Commercial Bank Plc (UCB) was founded by Oknha Yum Sui Sang and several investors on 31st March 1994. After 20 years of efforts, UCB has established itself as a well-known financial institution in Cambodia. In September 2013, E.SUN Bank in Taiwan invested 70% shares of UCB, and acquired additional 5% in 2015. It was owned by E.SUN Bank 100% in March 2017.

•  BA Degree in Business Management or any related field
•  At least 2 year experience in HR Management with banking sectors or MFIs
•  Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law and Law market
•  Good organization and time management skills
•  A strong desire to work in a team and deal with challenges
•  Good negotiation and internal and external relationship building
•  Enjoy working with people and be patient, tactful, and approachable
•  Proficiency in English and computer skills

•  Prepare job announcements for all positions required by Manager or Team Leader
•  Post job announcement on UCB’s website and other recruitment agencies
•  Register and participate in any recruitment activities or events such as career fair, job fair and career presentation at universities etc.
•  Assist in designing job descriptions and job analysis for all positions
•  Screening CV of candidates and contact candidates for testing and interview
•  Process reference check and negotiate salary
•  Inform successful candidates on-board to relevant departments or branches
•  Perform other duties assigned by Manager and Team Leader
