• Manage all rounds of recruitment activities and channels sourcing including websites, agencies, newspaper, referral etc
• Collaborate with line managers for recruitment arrangement, interview process, job offer, employment contract preparation, etc
• Work closely with line managers to identify their recruitment needs, provide advice on recruiting channel, salary and candidate market updates
• Prepare regular reports such as recruitment status report, turnover report, and vacancy status report for management reviews
• Continuously assess and evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment process and programs and to suggest appropriate improvements
• Source and work in partnership with external consultants and institutes in offering quality candidates
• Collect feedback for continuous improvement and monitor the effectiveness of various recruitment channels and methods
• Assist in reviewing, establishing and implementing various C&B policies and procedures as well as streamlining the daily operation for operational excellence
• Involve in other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
