•  University degree in Business Management or related 
•  at least 1 years HR experience
•  Business understanding of all other functions and their interface with HR.
•  Effective negotiation, influencing, communication and presentation skills to interact with people at all levels in the organization and outside.
•  Good leadership skills
•  Good in English(Speak Thai will be an advantage)
