សាមិក ភីអិលស៊ី ត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសបេក្ខជន ដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បតិ្ត និង តួនាទីដូចខាងក្រោម៖

• Attending in Year 4 or graduated Bachelor degree in Management or the related field
• A competent and experienced interviewer; experience of running assessment centers is beneficial
• Experience of resourcing via social media is a distinct advantage.
• Be honest and friendly
• Team-work oriented and well communication across team members

• Advising on the best recruitment method for attracting quality candidates to the firm.
• Drafting job specifications for relevant Partner/Manager approval
• Contacting recruitment agents and posting jobs to job boards.
• Coordinating interviews for relevant Partner/Managers and managing face to face interviews when required.
• Responsible for posting new vacancies on the intranet and external websites and ensuring job descriptions are up to date.
• Liaising closely with recruitment agencies, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Negotiating fees and rates with suppliers, advertisers and agencies and processing invoices.
• Organizing advertising campaigns or single entries as appropriate.
• Ensuring all CVs are screened and logged and forwarded to relevant teams as appropriate.
• Monitoring responses to vacancies and monitoring trends.
