• Experience in Recruitment or HR and Admin is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

• Coordinate with all Departments Head to design employment announcement, recruitment poster, or broacher
• Screen employment applications and short-list posting
• Organize employment test, preliminary interview, employment interview, and assign interviewers
• Conduct employment orientation and company introduction for new employee
• Preparing employment certification letter and recommendation for employee
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by supervisor
