Admin Tasks:
• Internal Memo
• Legal fee and license (License, Car Inspection, MOC document, Advertising Logo to Tax department, Vehicle Tax, Extinguisher)
• Track office utilities consumption.
• Request and control Admin Expenses.
• Purchase and request control for expenditure.
• Control all monthly report expenses for admin department.
• Control Monthly Gasoline Report.
• Office Management: Renovation project.
• Operation Admin.
• Others task assigned by HR/Admin Manager.
