•  At least High school diploma or equivalent;
•  No experience is encouraged to apply;
•  Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Excel, Internet and Email;
•  Good command of English;
•  Self-motivated, friendly, positive attitude, energetic and mature;
•  Willing to work independently and with team spirit.

•  Greet both internal and external customers; 
•  Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints;
•  Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems;
•  Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken;
•  Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers;
•  Refer unresolved customer grievances to immediate Supervisor or Branch Manager, or Sales and Marketing department for further investigation;
•  Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of any planned adjustments;
•  Record and send the list of students to add, delete, or renew the insurance to Insurance Company;
•  Recommend improvements in products, or service and procedures to prevent future problems;
