• Cambodian national
•  At least 20 years old
•  Current university student or fresh graduate
•  Excellent spoken and written English
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills 
•  Computer literacy in Word and Excel
•  At least one year experience is an advantage

•  Answer phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school
•  Greet all incoming students, families and guests  respectfully and professionally
•  Understand, accepts, and abides by the School’s philosophy and mission statement in all her school  activities.
•  Develop a positive, welcoming and caring climate in the Front Office.
•  Effectively perform all other duties as assigned by the Director.
•  Arrive punctually, be prepared for each school day.
•  Receive and refer visitors, takes telephone calls and messages, and provides routine information upon request.
•  Able to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with other employees, children, and the general public.
