•  Degree holder in Concrete/Building Technology and Management or related disciplines
•  Must have sound knowledge and solid experience in concrete batching process, properties and testing of concrete materials
•  With a minimum of 10 years of working experience in concrete or related industry of which 5 years working in leading batching plant, building contractors as Quality Assurance Manager 
•  Experience in conducting quality audits an surveillances
•  Experience in large-scale of concrete projects is an asset 
•  Independent, responsible and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and personal integrity of high order
•  Good command in spoken and written English, conversant in other Asian languages will be an added advantage
•  Proficiency in MS Office applications

• To plan, organize and arrange for quality audit and control for the projects on site by carrying out surveillances and random checks and collaborate closely with the relevant parties include customers to offer solution for quality issues 
•  To establish quality manual, standard, and procedure for implementation of quality control for concrete projects to meet business objectives
•  Audit quality & workmanship of the project, and provide quality assurance solutions pertaining to the project development
•  Monitor the implementation and maintenance of the quality control system to ensure that it always remains efficient and effective
•  Monitor quality reports and other paperwork to ensure that all relevant project quality records are properly controlled and maintained
•  To take lead in work review, and follow through the project from testing in the Laboratory stage to production deployment phases
•  Identify quality problems and areas of non-conformance and to propose quality assurance solutions where necessary
•  To provide quality and technical training and development to the quality assurance team and continue to provide for coaching as needed
•  To perform any ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time.
