Department: Operation\ Quality Control
Location: Sika Cambodia Factory
Report to: Production Manager
Overall responsibility: Responsible for raw materials, finished goods quality control, process sewage quality, research and product development, systematization of overall plant quality control.

• Education: University graduate in Chemist.
• Experience: 5-year experience in QC function.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Fluency in computers skills ( Microsoft Office).
• Hard-working, highly reliable, smart and interpersonal skills.

• Production
• Systematize raw materials quality check for each shipment arrival, liaise with warehouse and production supervisors.
• All local blended finished products should be approved corresponding to standard specification before packing and/or delivery.
• Immediately inform the Production Manager of any major deviation from the agreed product standard, advise on appropriate solutions and reference records are needed.
• Quality Assurance
• Consult and discuss with the Product Manager on production procedures development in order to improve product quality.
• Inform the Product Manager of raw materials quality check in weekly report, quality check of finished goods should be reported by batch basis.
• Engineering
• List and write out all lab equipment.
• Prepare lab equipment proposal for the Product Manager’s approval
• List out all required chemical reagents.
• Inform the Product Manager of out-of-order lab equipment for maintenance action.
• Liaise with maintenance supervisor for preparing lab equipment maintenance schedule.
• Personnel
• Consider the workforce for the lab according to the growth of our business.
• Provide supervisor and training the lab staff on testing method and instrumental instruction.
• Cooperate with production section to get a higher productivity and higher quality product.
• Report
• Prepare all raw material check reports on weekly basis, batch-basis report for finished goods checked.
• Prepare progress reports on research and development work whenever the project has been finished.
• Others
• Ensure that all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures are followed.
• To keep confidential company’s business information and documentation
• Tasks as may be assigned by the Production Manager/ General Director.
