•  Approves incoming materials by confirming specification; conducting visual and measurement test; rejecting if the materials do not confirm to specification requirement.
•  Approves in-process production by confirming specifications including visual and measurement test; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
•  Approves finish product by confirming specification including visual and measurement test; returning product for re-work, confirming re-work.
•  Document inspection result by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste, inputting data in to quality data base.
•  Keeps measurement equipment operating by follow operating instructions, calling for repairs or collaboration.
•  Maintain safe and healthy work environment by follow standards and procedures; complying legal regulations.
•  Update job knowledge by participating educational opportunities and technical publications. Accomplishes quality and company mission by completing related result as need.
