•  Good planning and numeracy skills
•  A methodical approach to work
•  Good in spoken and written in English.
•  Aptitude for working with computer systems

•  Able to work independent.

•  Be able to work cooperatively with senior purchase officer effectively
•  Preparing the contract with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
•  Other tasks assigned by Superior.
