• Experience: minimum 2 years for a Construction Company at an equivalent position

• General coordination
• Reports to the Finance and Administration Manager;
• Manages a petty cash, under the control of the Finance and Administration Manager;
• Checks that purchase requisitions are properly drawn up by the issuer and asks for additional information in case of doubt;
• Sources adequate and reliable suppliers for the goods needed by the Project team;
• Is the interface between Accountant/Cost Controller, the issuer of the Purchase Requisition and the suppliers selected;
• Checks the quality and compliance with order of the goods delivered by suppliers and informs the Purchase requisition’s issuer in case of problem;
• Monitors local purchases (consumables) in accordance with the project's purchase requisitions (works, machinery, etc.) until their delivery in the store and informs those concerned of the arrival of goods;
• Check the invoices issued by the suppliers and prepare the payment voucher
• Monitors availability of specific documents (spare parts, user manuals, material safety data sheets, etc.) upon delivery;
• Maintains an up-to-date list of “approved” suppliers.
• Update the reporting files related to local purchase on a weekly basis (Requisition and Purchase order follow-up)
