Bachelor degrees of Social Science, management or any related field,

At least 3 years experiences worked with Trafficking In Person (TIP),
-
Preferably has at least one year experience in working with Human Trafficking and poor community,
-
Must be willing to work close with target villagers and field office,
-
Must be able to travel long distances by motorbike, and required vehicle,
-
Knowledgeable in English and excellent interpersonal communication skills,
-
Competency in computer literate in Ms. Office, Email & Internet,
-
Report writing skills,
-
Knowledge of appropriate laws and regulations,
-
Policy formulation,
-
Fully able to embrace organizational values and possess a high level of commitment towards the mission of CCPCR,

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
Develop strategies plan for prevent TIP at 7 communes in Koh Kong , documentation for follow up TIP survivor, monitoring plan, coordinate weekly and monthly meeting with subordinate and assisting field staffs in implementation project activities.
-
Build close relationships and actively learn within partner communities, local authorities through training, provide technical on prevention and protection of Human Trafficking, home visits, host families, attending community social events, etc.

Build good relationships that communicate CCPCR’s mission, values and identity to all appropriate stakeholders, including community groups, local authorities and other NGOs.

Facilitate formation and ongoing capacity building of new and existing community organizations, for holistic sustainable development, including partnership with CCPCR for project implementation where appropriate.

Train partner community groups on appropriate skills and self-assessment methods to build their capacity for management of local initiatives.

Facilitate the community to define monitoring process and indicators for mutual learning and accountability with CCPCR in project implementation and capacity building,
-
Participate in and support the implementation of Transformational Development (TD) Indicators measurement and program/project evaluation and facilitate community learning from results.
-
Promote communities to share and learn from their own experiences as part of confidence and capacity building.

Actively support the Area Development Program Manager in assessment and design processes and collaborate with Project Coordinators and prevention TIP project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting processes relevant to assigned area that support TD and are aligned with Learning through Evaluation with Accountability and Planning (LEAP),
-
Ensure that gender analysis, child prevention and promote in school enrolment, and child protection are mainstreamed within CCPCR initiatives in their assigned communities,
