DFI LUCKY PRIVATE LIMITED is an enterprise created to incorporate its branded chain of subsidiaries including supermarket, fast-food restaurant, coffee bar, ice cream bar, and health and beauty store. With business expansion and growth, our company has been operating one more subsidiary which is named as Guardian and focusing on Health beauty and pharmaceutical products. Thus, we are now seeking for qualified candidates to fulfill a position as follow:

•  Bachelor degree in engineering, interior design or other related degrees
•  2 years experience in construction and interior design 
•  Be able to understand the construction work and can travel to project sites
•  Good written and verbal English communication 
•  Flexibility, self motivation, honesty, reliability, and confidence
•  Be committed to DFI’s Vision, Mission, and Values

•  Design and plan new store and refurbishment store layout and specify/recommended goods and materials to be used in accordance with end user’s design criteria.
•  Control quality exercised in all Operations on site and to ensure Projects are built in accordance with specifications.
•  Ensure proper documentation of workflow for Capex (Capital Expenditure) acquisition.
•  Ensure better control of Projects schedule and time-line.
•  Establish proper approval procedures for Capex, variation or addition thereafter and transfer/write-off/disposal.
•  Secure required goods/services at the best economically favorable terms and conditions.
•  Monitor Projects works and ensure conformity with the procurement policies and current laws in place.
•  Identify new sources of supply for goods/services.
