We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

• Minimum of four years’ construction-project sales management experience, preferably with majority of time spent on commercial or industrial buildings with knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and cost allocation procedures
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and customer relations skills
• Very well in English communication

• Drive the sales to achieve sales target.
• Handle key accounts as assigned by Business Development Director
• Provide clients with the consultancy of Interior or exterior design
• Promote our other products such: Kitchen cabinet, warehouse, office furniture proposal and quotations or any required information
• Find new clients or new opportunities
• Strong network
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels levels of client satisfaction
• Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
• Provide a weekly projects pipelines update to Business Development Director
• Directly report to BD
• Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all interior designer and corporate client
• Follow up on proposals to close sale and secure client decision on project
• Support Project Sales for any reasonable tasks assigned
