•  A degree in economics, engineering, quantity surveying, finance or related
•  Experience in one or more areas of engineering, construction, quantity surveying, related finance
•  Strong excel skills
•  Project management and timeline skills
•  Strong financial acumen
•  Detail-orientated, accurate, methodical work ethic
•  Good English spoken and written, able to present and discuss.

• Analyzes and advises on technical and engineering aspects of hotel-related projects
• Coordinates processes with construction teams and ensures timeliness and quality
• Provides quantity surveying input and analysis, coordinates with internal and external Procurement teams
• Prepares and arranges meetings with suppliers, clients and other stakeholders
• Provides analysis to hotel operational/capex budgets on technical/engineering aspects
• Assists and supports SVP Hotels & Hospitality and the Business Development Manager in their roles
• Provides administrative support within the Hotels & Hospitality Department
• Performs other duties as assigned.
