Job Requirement :
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, Management,other related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experiences in team management position
  • Background from rural products supply, credit/loan management would be the advantage
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Result driven (actions speak louder than words)
  • Excellent in English communication and Basic knowledge of Ms. Office
  • Strong problem solving skill, pro-active
  • Willing to work (limited) overtime occasionally
  • Willing to travel and stay overnight in the province occasionally
Job Duties :
  • Support and manage regional sales teams
  • Recruit and lead RSMs, Entrepreneurs to increase sales
  • Maintain constructive relations with internal and external partners (RSMs, Senior Accounting,MFIs, PIN, local authorities, etc.)
  • Assign sales territories, set periodic sales goals in cooperation with RSMs
  • Improve and organize training program for the sales team
  • Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of RSMs efforts
  • Ensure internal reporting is up-to-date completely and correctly
  • Improve the commission scheme, calculate and pay, in cooperation with Senior Accounting
  • Provide correct and complete installations data to accounting for invoices purpose
  • Travel to different provinces to attend meeting, motivate, guide sales team
  • Maintain weekly & monthly report
