PH-Japan Foundation (PHJ) is an international non-profit organization working for health sector development, focusing on Health System strengthening at the community level. PHJ is seeking a qualified Cambodian national to work as the following position in our Maternal and Child Health Project in Kampong Cham Province.

• Education on nursing or midwifery. Or working experience in the health sector. University degree in public health or community development is an advantage.
• At least 3-year working experience in the field of community health development, especially community development experience in collaboration with health center staffs. Working experience in international NGO would be an asset.
• Good animation and facilitation skills.
• Good motorbike driving skill in rural area and physical ability to endure a long-way driving.
• Good spoken and written English. (Our office language is English, all meetings and report writing are done in English)
• PC skills (Microsoft Office applications).
• Be honest, open, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Be able to work in a stressful environment.
• Strong commitment to assigned work, in particular to field of child health.
• Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill.

• Assist activities to educate mothers in communities on child care.
• Make health education materials for community use.
• In addition, support visitors from abroad during their visit to communities.
