•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
•  At least 1-2 years of experience
•  Knowledge of document control
•  Knowledge of time management and business administration
•  Pre-intermediate to Intermediate English proficiency
•  Can use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Strong negotiation and presentation skills
•  Ability to work well individually and as a team
•  Ability to work under pressure

•  Keep the Drawing and Original document related with site
•  Coordinate Drawing from design to site manager and related team. (Copy to site & Contractor)
•  Prepare agenda and record minute of meeting for weekly meeting and daily meeting
•  Prepared the report assign by Site Manager and Site Supervisor
•  Prepared and record all the information/data from Site Supervisor to Site Manager
•  Record handover reports from Site to Site, and from Site to Sale team. (Document)
•  Request Stationary or other equipment for Site Manager/Supervisor/engineer
•  Do a Memo, decision or announcement letter from Site team to another department
•  Sometime need to go and check site with Site Manager/Supervisor.
