•  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering 
•  3-5 years of experiences in manufacturing production or proven experiences as production Supervisor
•  Be able to use Ms. Office, internet, email
•  Good comment in English and Chinese ( Speaking, Writing, and Listening)
•  Skill in Supervisory
•  Problem Solving skill
•  Coaching skill 
•  Able to manage in process
•  Self-motivated with result driven approach

•  Monitor day-to-day production process following the plan schedule & production target
•  Oversea production lines running smoothly efficiently with cost effective
•  Plan & organize repairs & maintenance schedule of production equipment

•  Ensure consistence & compliance to 5S principle, plan policy & safety procedure.departments
