Wah Ming Optical, founded in 1968, is one of the leading and most experienced optical frame and sunglasses manufacturers in Hong Kong. We are going to open a new branch in Cambodia and is looking for enthusiastic staff to fulfil the following positions: 

- Production Supervisor (Siem Reap)

• Good command in English (Speaking, reading, writing)
• Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus
• Experience of 2-3 years in manufactory
• Be able to travel to China for training if needed
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields
• Good interpersonal skills
• Have knowledge and experience of Production management in manufacturing
• Be able to work under pressure, be punctual
• Able to carry multi-task in a fast-placed environment
• Able to solve problems and deal with a variety of changing situations

• Work alongside with staff to ensure correct planning, monitoring and training is provided to comply with the internal production rules
• Maintain a good teamwork for staff and provides orientation and training of employees in line with the production internal rules
• Supervise work output by monitoring the process; adjust the production settings if required; observe control points and equipment and monitoring personnel and resources
• Look for cost savings and suggests to Production Manager; facilitate corrections to production malfunctions and reports these to the Production Manager
• Complete production plan by scheduling and assisting personnel; establish priority work, monitor progress and revise schedules when required to resolve problems
• Report results of the daily production to the Production Manager at the end of every production day
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
• Work alongside with the Production team to accomplish a consistent quality products
