We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Department: Production
Location: Sika Cambodia Factory
Report to: General manager (managing director).
Immediate Subordinates: Production Supervisor, Maintenance, QC department
Overall Responsibility: management of the overall production operation and all associated functions to achieve the company production objectives.

• Educational standard: university graduate or equivalent
• Experience: 5-year in production management or having deep knowledge of it (international experience is a plus).
• Fluent in both oral and verbal English
• Computer for office
• Good leadership skills
• Hard-working,
• highly reliable, extremely well organized and disciplined.

• Base on monthly sale forecast and consult with Supply chain Manager to prepare the monthly raw material forecast for General Manager’s approval.
• To ensure that production output is in line with the Sales requirements, minimum level of stocks with agreed standards.
• To coordinate QC Lab in controlling the product’s quality.
• To ensure the production quantities include semi-finished goods and collective quantities of each product batch are well managed and controlled.
• To immediately inform the General Manager of any major problems; advise on appropriate solutions in order to retain production and output schedule.
• To prepare raw material importation schedule and To Consult with Supply chain Manager to order raw materials for production, and to ensure that the purchase order of raw materials are well maintained in term of delivery timing.
• To implement and maintain all relevant quality systems and procedures as directed under ISO 9001 Quality System.
• To develop safety policies and procedures; enforce safety rules and regulations in compliance with the established procedures and standards.
• To understand an apply Cambodian laws for production everywhere in the factory and to watch additional regulations or laws, to inform he general manager of such information.
• To coordinate with R&D department and Accounting department in setting up the new launching product / new raw material in ERP software.
• To ensure that all data about production are adequately logged on the ERP system.
• To develop and maintain production worker’s efficiency through productivity provable tool/calculation.
• To prepare monthly production reports covering all department KPI’s.
• To ensure that the coordination of project works are associated with plant/services from initial investigation and design to installation and commissioning.
• To develop a maintenance program of all equipment, and manage the maintenance team.
• To ensure the department human resource is well managed. This includes the staff development in a routine performance review, personnel tasks review. Identify issues together with corrective action plan…
