We are going to open a new branch in Cambodia and is looking for enthusiastic staff to fulfil the following positions: 

- Production Manager (Siem Reap)

• Professional in English and Chinese (Speaking, reading, writing)
• Experience of 4-6 years in manufactory
• Be able to travel to China for training if needed
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields
• Good interpersonal skills
• Have knowledge and experience of Production management in manufacturing
• Good problems and solving skills
• Understanding of manufacturing process
• Good computer skills (Office)
• Be able to work under pressure; be punctual

• Production management, production planning
• Ensuring the production to meet output and quality goals, adjust sales/order with head office
• Oversee the manufacturing process and make sure that production lines are running smoothly and efficiently
• Work closely with supervisors and maintenance staff to plan work, set targets and make sure the finished products meet quality standards
• Reporting to factory manager
• Generate and revise systems and procedures by analysing production performance and operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and personnel requirements and implementing changes.
• Resolve personnel problems by analysing data; investigate issues; identify solutions and recommend actions
• Production management (purchasing and delivery management, inventory management). Cost analysis (proposed cost, cost improvement), have knowledge of production, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management. Knowledge of import/export and logistic cost accounting
