• University in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required
• 1 year experience in technical support, customer support or product support
• Technical skills in supporting and trouble-shooting PC and network,
• Experience with windows server is an asset
• Good English, Chines communication skill is a plus
• Customer oriented. Able to understand customers’ needs
