•  Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or IT Business or relevant equivalent certificate;
•  At least 2 years of working experience in Telecommunication or ISP product development;
•  Good command in English Language;
•  Good Knowledge with ISP equipment. 
•  Strong interpersonal and leadership skill;
•  Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline;
•  Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications;
•  Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
•  Demonstrate good negotiation skills to different level people;
•  Be punctual, honest, work hard, fast learner and flexible;
•  High commitment and result oriented person.

•  Develop and implement ISP product in line with short term and long term product development strategies;
•  Analyze consumer, market and competitors to make sure the product offered is creative and innovative;
•  Prepare the necessary infrastructure and process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of product road map roll-out;
•  Ensure reaching revenue target from ISP.
•  Provide business case study for each initiated products such as competitors' products, comparisons in local and global ISP.
•  Preparation of daily and weekly pipeline report
•  Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
