• Tertiary qualifications in a business/economic related field such as finance and banking, business management, etc.
• At least 3 years in a managerial capacity in the product development of a Bank or financial institutions
• Proven and moderate product/business development experience
• Thorough knowledge of banking product policies, procedures (esp. credit products)
• Knowledge of business or market research and analysis
• Being able to use both qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze complex financial situations
• Strong leadership and people management skill with the ability to drive performance of the team
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes

• Conduct market intelligent of the key competitors’ products and services (including product features, interest rate and fee charge, processes, etc.)
• Review existing consumer finance products (esp. credit products) policies and procedures and propose enhancement if necessary in order to be competitive and on par with market Industry as well as comply with the guideline.
• Develop the robust business case papers of new products/services or existing product enhancement for seeking approval from the EXCO or Board.
• Plan and manage the annual consumer finance products/ services in pipelines are timely, efficiently and effectively delivered/rolled out.
• Manage and organize trainings/briefings program for involved parties on the new or enhanced products & services for ensuring their required product knowledge and operational procedures are well equipped for performing their role effectively
