• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related fields, experience in sourcing is preferable.
• Good knowledge/experience in sourcing and procurement techniques
• Microsoft Office programs, experience in SAP system is preferable
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Khmer
• Self-initiative, people oriented and strong leadership skill.
• Integrity and good coordination skill
• Cost/ Result driven with the initiative thinking
• Good planning & organizing skills
• Effective Negotiation skills is preferable
