•  BA degree in accounting or finance
•  Have experiences in accounting field
•  Can use English language 
•  Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Internet research and Email)
•  Strong communication skill both orally and in writing
•  Strong commitment to learn and improvement

•  Receive and check purchase requests from various departments within a company 
•  Manage the purchase properly and ensure the lower cost
•  Maintain supplier list and keep good relationship with suppliers to schedule deliveries on time
•  Contact and keep good relationship with suppliers to schedule deliveries on time
•  Go outside to check the quotes or make purchase
•  Work closely with Payable Accountant for AP bill payment
•  Handle petty cash, verify invoice and process payment after obtain approval
•  Perform other tasks assigned by manager
