Job Requirement :
  •  Graduated Bachelor Degree Marketing, Business or Especially in IT is preferable
  •  English language is good
  •  Have previous experience in sale is preferable
  •  Strong communicate and working responsibility
  •  Computer skill Microsoft Word Office and Excel
  •  Can work with minimum support and Supervisor
  •  Hard working and good interpersonal skill
  •  Be pro-active, aggressive and eager to learn new things
  •  High commitment and willing to take challenges 
  •  Willing to work under pressure

Job Duties :
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported
  • Work deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity, or as directed by the sales manager and related team.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
  • Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
  • Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales, technical and service teams to potential risks of deal closure.
  • Must also take note of what the potential customer asks about the products
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Achieves assigned productivity and profitability quotas.
  • Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps. 
  • Production presentation and demonstrations
  • Support with technical specification of sales opportunity
  • Provide answer to (technical) questions in a Tender/RFQ 
  • Built custom demonstration
  • Be the first-line technical support and leading team work
  • Performing sale is active
  • Collaborating with line supervisor on customer requirement
  • Greeting customer and introduce the products
  • Increase Product and brand awareness through various activities
  • Maintaining strong relationship with customers
  • Dealing with team / other to resolve complains made by customers
  • Follow company rules, policy and procedures and take appropriate care of company equipment and fix asset
  • Make good communicate with customer
  • Knowledge of product quality and promotion
  • Direct selling of company products, service and solutions and regularly update status of opportunities and customers environment
