• Degree holder related discipline
• 3 years experience with supervisory responsibility
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willing to work hard and should be flexible on timings.

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
• Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
• Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
• Inspect and maintain all machines and tools to be readiness with safety first. 
• Inspect the quality of concrete randomly before delivery.
• Inspect the equipment such as First Aids kits personal protection.
• Control raw material quantity in the factory.
• Responsible for Plant control, Maintenance, Safety, OH&S and Service.
• Efficiency delivery planning.
• To be responsible of any ad-hoc assignment.
