The Brand Planning and Activation manager will be responsible for the creation of all brand and activation tools for the specified brand across the Cluster taking full ownership to manage the brand strategic long term development, whether that be through product, packaging, communication and execution into markets. He/ she will need to provide the tools so as sales teams or local agencies can activate in the specific market in line with brand guidelines. The role also requires tight management of the Brand Identity guidelines delivered either by Group or in some instances, at a local level. Additionally to this, management of external partners/ agency’s will be required e.g. PWW, as well as the need for travel within the Cluster.
